Every journey begins with a single step, and never in my life would I ever take such risk and yet it turned out to be the best one. I am Julia Lye G. Engbino, one of the participants for the SEAMEO Student Exchange Program that took place in Vietnam and this is my story.
The prospect of traveling to an entirely new country and experiencing life as a student in unfamiliar territory was both exhilarating and nerve-wracking. Little did I know that this program would become a pivotal chapter in my life—a chapter filled with transformative experiences.
